- Regulations Modular Houses -

1. Making a reservation is tantamount to confirming that you have read and accepted these regulations. The reservation is guaranteed by an advance payment of 20% to 100% of the rental cost - depending on the offer.
- Refunds in case of cancellation:
* The guest will be charged 70% of the total amount of the advance payment if canceled after booking and the total price of the advance payment if canceled within 60 days prior to arrival.
* In the event of the resort's inability to provide the service due to restrictions related to COVID-19, the resort undertakes to return the advance payments in full.

2. The hotel day starts at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure.
- Check-in and check-out times:
* Guests have time to check in from 16.00 to 22.00 on the day of arrival, if guests do not show up at this time, it is treated as cancellation of the stay, which involves cancellation of the reservation and NO refund of the advance payment (point 1 of the regulations).
*Guests have time to check out from 08.00 to 11.00 on the day of departure.

3. During check-in, information about the equipment of the house will be provided along with checking the technical condition of the rooms and equipment.

4. The rest of the payment for the stay and the tourist tax per person must be paid on the day of arrival.

5. The deposit in the amount of PLN 500 is collected in cash on arrival and returned after checking the condition of the house by the host at check-out.

6. The service consists in handing over a clean and tidy house, providing a set of towels, bed linen, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, in quantities adequate to the stay (additional amounts of these items are payable), necessary equipment enabling the use of devices located in the house , handing over one set of keys and information about the equipment along with the technical condition of the rooms in the presence of the center's staff.

7. In the event of resignation from the service during its implementation, the center does not refund any fees for the services incurred.

Rules for using the facility:

1. Guests using the services of the resort undertake to comply with the provisions of these regulations, health and safety and fire regulations.

2. Any faults arising during the use of the house or room should be reported to the staff of the resort on an ongoing basis. Comments submitted after the end of the service or on the day of departure will not be considered.

3. It is requested that valuables and money be properly stored and secured, as the resort is not responsible for their loss.

4. Guests bear full material and financial responsibility for the property provided and for any damage caused in the resort. Damages caused by the fault of holidaymakers are settled on the spot.

5. Smoking and electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited in the cottages.

6. It is forbidden to use heating devices that are not part of the house's equipment due to the fact that each house is equipped with underfloor heating. It is also forbidden to use electrical devices not included in the house's equipment with a power exceeding 400 W.

7. Barbecuing is possible only in places designated for this purpose.

8. Curfew lasts from 22.00 to 6.00 the next day.

9. If not agreed with the reception, he will remain on the premises of the resort after 11.00 (on the last day of stay) makes it necessary to pay the amount due for the next day and does not guarantee the possibility of extending the stay.

10. We do not accept any animals.

11. The resort guarantees one free parking space for each cottage.

12. During the guests' stay, cleaning the house and keeping it clean is not the responsibility of the staff.

13. Cleaning the kitchenette and its equipment is the responsibility of the guests. If it is necessary for the staff of the resort to clean the annex, a fee of PLN 50 will be charged.

14. During a stay not longer than 7 days, there is no change of bed linen and towels for guests. This service can be ordered for an additional fee.

15. The resort is not responsible for the inconvenience caused for reasons beyond its control, e.g. power or water supply interruptions, or lack of TV or Wi-Fi signal, etc.

16. The resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons:
• being under the visible influence of alcohol or drugs,
• who behave aggressively, in a way that is generally considered vulgar.

17. In the facility it is forbidden to:
• disturbing the peace, e.g. making or playing loud music without the consent of the staff of the center (or during the quiet hours),
• such behavior of guests and people using the resort's services that may grossly disturb the peaceful stay of other guests.

18. Persons disturbing the peace and order or using the entrusted property in a manner inconsistent with the regulations in the center may be removed from it without the right to for any reimbursement of fees previously paid and any damages.

19. Only registered guests can stay and use the facility's infrastructure.

- Houseboats Regulations -

Rules for using the boat:

1. Guests using the boat undertake to comply with the provisions of these regulations, health and safety regulations, fire regulations, water law of the Republic of Poland and the regulations of the marina where the boat is located.

2. Any faults arising during the use of the boat should be reported to the resort staff on an ongoing basis. Comments submitted after the end of the service or on the day of departure will not be considered.

3. It is also forbidden to use electrical devices not included in the house's equipment with a power exceeding 100 Watt.

4. It is strictly forbidden to reconnect the devices included in the boat's equipment to sockets other than those dedicated by the lessor.

5. Due to the yacht toilet with a macerator, it is forbidden to throw anything other than specialized yacht toilet paper into it.

6. The boat has an engine and is able to move, at least a sailing license is required to receive the keys to the ignition and demonstrate the ability to properly drive and moor the boat.

7. If you do not have the required qualifications, you can use the services of professional skippers.

8. It is forbidden to berth a boat overnight in a port other than its home port.

9. It is strictly forbidden to smoke tobacco and electronic cigarettes in the boat.

10. It is requested to properly store and secure valuables and money, because the resort is not responsible for their loss.

11. Guests bear full material and financial responsibility for the property provided and for any damage caused to the boat. Damages caused by the fault of holidaymakers are settled on the spot.

12. There is a categorical ban on grilling on the boat's premises.

13. Curfew lasts from 22.00 to 6.00 the next day.

14. If not agreed with the landlord, he will remain on the boat after 11.00 (on the last day of stay) makes it necessary to pay the amount due for the next day and does not guarantee the possibility of extending the stay.

15. We do not accept any animals.

16. The Lessor guarantees one free parking space for each boat, located approximately 200 meters from the rental facility.

17. During the guests' stay, cleaning the house and keeping it clean is not the responsibility of the landlord.

22. On the boat it is forbidden to:
• disturbing the peace, e.g. making or playing loud music without the consent of the staff of the center (or during the quiet hours),
• such behavior that may grossly disturb the peaceful stay of other guests.

23. Persons disturbing the peace, order or using the entrusted property in a manner inconsistent with the rental regulations may be removed from it without the right to any refund of previously incurred fees and any compensation.

24. Only registered guests may stay and use the facility's infrastructure on the premises of the boat.

* If the resort is unable to provide the service due to reasons beyond its control, such as: damage to the boat due to weather conditions, damage to the boat by previous renters, etc., the resort undertakes to return the advance payments in full.

*Guests have time to check in from 16:00 to 22:00 on the day of arrival, in case of no-show and during this time, it is treated as a resignation from the stay, which involves cancellation of the reservation and NO return of the advance payment (point 1 of the regulations).
*Guests have time to check out from 08.00 to 11.00 on the day of departure.

3. During the check-in, information about the boat's equipment, rules of its operation, restrictions, the tenant's obligations towards the rental facility will be provided, along with checking the technical condition of the rooms and equipment.

4. The rest of the payment for the stay and the tourist tax per person must be paid on the day of arrival.

5. The deposit in the amount of PLN 1,500 or PLN 5,000 (depending on the type of rental) is collected in cash on arrival and returned after checking the condition of the boat by the lessor at check-out.

6. The service consists in handing over a clean, tidy and operational boat, providing a set of towels, bedding, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, in quantities adequate to the stay (additional quantities of the above-mentioned items are payable), necessary equipment enabling the use of devices located in in the cottage, handing over one set of keys and information about the equipment along with the technical condition of the rooms in the presence of the resort staff.

7. In the event of resignation from the service during its implementation, the center does not refund any fees for the services incurred.
