In our offer you will find cottages in different styles of arrangement which you will certainly enjoy. Each of the cottages has an identical, high level of standard and completeness of equipment, which makes no depending on the type, the price for each is identical.
- Rental period and conditions -
Our cottages during the tourist season are only rented for weekly periods, or longer, with a stay of up to 6 people, energy charges, use of a parking lot for two cars, the use of attractions located on the premises, Wifi, VAT. The climate fee, the use of catering services or the services of external companies associated with the centre is not included in the price.
1. Making a reservation is tantamount to confirming that you have read and accepted this policy. The booking guarantee is a non-returnable deposit of 30% to 100% of the rental cost - depending on the offer.
- Returns in case of cancellation:
* The guest will be charged 70% of the total price of the reservation in case of cancellation after booking and the total price of the reservation in case of cancellation within 60 days of arrival.
* In the case of inability of the service by the resort due to restrictions related to COVID-19, the resort undertake to repayment of advances in the entire height.
2. Hotel day begins at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure.
- Check-in and check-out time:
* Guests have the time to check in from 16.00 to 22.00 on the day of arrival, in case of no-show during this time, it is treated as resignation from the stay, which involves canceling the reservation and NO refund (point 1 of the Regulations).
* Guests have time to check out from 08.00 to 11.00 on the day of departure.
3. During the check-in information will be provided on the equipment of the house along with checking the technical condition of the rooms and equipment.
4. The rest of the payment for the stay and the tourist tax per person must be paid on arrival.
5. Deposit in the amount of PLN 500 is collected in cash on the day of arrival and returned after checking the condition of the cottage by the host of the resort at the check-out.
6. The service consists in providing a clean and tidy house, providing a set of towels, bedding, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, in quantities adequate to stay, (additional amounts of listed items are payable), necessary equipment to use the equipment in the cottage , handing over one set of keys and information about the equipment along with the technical condition of the rooms in the presence of the staff of the Center.
7. In the event of resignation from the service during its implementation, the Center does not refund any fees for benefits incurred.
Rules for using the facility:
1. Guests using the center's services undertake to comply with the provisions of these regulations, health and safety regulations and fire safety regulations.
2. Any defects caused during the use of the cottage should be reported to the Center's staff on an ongoing basis. Comments made after the end of the service or on the day of departure will not be considered.
3. Please, store and secure valuables and money, as the center is not responsible for their loss.
4. The guests bear full financial and material responsibility for the transferred property and for any damage caused to the resort. Damages caused by the guilt of vacationers are settled on the spot.
5. Smoking and electronic cigarettes are strictly forbidden in the houses.
6. It is forbidden to use heating devices that are not equipped with a house due to the equipment of each house with underfloor heating. It is also forbidden to use electrical appliances that are not equipped with a house with a power exceeding 400 Watt.
7. Grilling is only possible at designated places.
8. Silence lasts from 22.00 to 6.00 the next day.
9. Not agreed with the reception will remain in the Center after hours. 11.00 (the last day of stay) causes the necessity to pay for the next day and does not guarantee the possibility of extending the stay.
10. We only accept small animals weighing up to 5 kg, eg Yorkshire terrier
11. The resort guarantees one free parking space for each house.
12. During the stay of guests, cleaning the house and keeping it clean is not the responsibility of the staff.
13. Cleaning the kitchenette and its equipment is the responsibility of the guests. If there is a need to clean the annex by the resort's staff, a fee of PLN 50 will be charged.
14. During the stay not longer than 7 days, there is no change of bedding and towels for guests. This service can be ordered for an additional fee.
15. The resort is not liable for any inconvenience caused due to reasons beyond its control, e.g. power or water outage or lack of TV or Wi-Fi signal, etc.
16. The resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons:
• being under the visible influence of alcohol or drugs,
• which behave aggressively, in a manner generally considered vulgar.
17. The following is prohibited in the facility:
• disturbing the peace, eg performing or playing loud music without the permission of the Center staff (or during the quiet hours),
• such behavior of guests and people using the services of the Center, which can blatantly disturb the peaceful stay of other guests.
18. Persons disturbing the peace, order or using the entrusted property in a manner inconsistent with the regulations in the Center may be removed from it without the right to any refund of previously incurred fees and any compensation.
19. Only checked-in guests can stay and use the facility's infrastructure.
